*Preparation Fee $95.00 for Motorhome, $75.00
for Travel Trailer
*One week minimum rental required to book any unit in high season
*One way rental drop off in Vancouver $1250.00 in high season and $1150.00 in
mid and low seasons. A minimum two week rental is required for drop off service.
*Equalizer bars $50.00 required with Trailer rental
*Any booking changes: $75.00 surcharge
Note: G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax currently at 5% is applicable to all charges)
CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking to 120 days prior the $500.00 deposit will be held, but may be re-used for up to 1 year on a future booking. 29-14 days prior to departure 25% of rental amount, 13-7 days prior to departure 50% of rental amount, 6-4 days prior to departure 75% of rental amount, 3-0 days prior to departure 100% of rental amount.
BOOKING DEPOSITS: Damage deposits are refunded aprox 30 days after completion of trip provided there are no claims against unit.
